Our Mission
Our mission at Saving Hope Animal Rescue is to rescue, rehabilitate, and find loving homes for abandoned, neglected, and abused domestic animals in Dallas Fort Worth, Texas and surrounding areas. Saving Hope Animal Rescue is determined to put an end to animal abuse and neglect by attacking the over-population problem and putting an emphasis on education and adoption.

Meet Princess Leia!
Princess Leia has grown up in our care, and it’s time she gets the happy ending she deserves. At just 1.5 years old, this sweet, petite girl is ready to be someone’s loyal sidekick for life.
She’s a mix of many breeds—Australian Cattle Dog, Pittie, Staffy, Dachshund, Chow—but truly, she’s 100% Good Girl.
Princess Leia loves curling up on the bed with her humans, has wonderful potty manners, and has even mastered the doggy door. She enjoys playgroups with other pups, but she’s also happy to claim her own cozy space.
With her tiny stature and gentle heart, she’s the perfect couch buddy and faithful companion. All she’s missing is her forever family.

Saving Hope Ranch and Sanctuary
Texas is in the midst of a major overpopulation crisis, where wonderful animals are being euthanized daily due to lack of space. This year alone, we’ve rescued 1,812 animals. At Saving Hope Animal Rescue, we are determined to change the heartbreaking reality of our crisis in North Texas. Having already saved over 10,000 animals since our inception, and currently caring for more than 1,100 dogs and cats in foster homes, we know we can do even more. Our impact could be greater with expansion of our facilities. Together, we can save countless more lives.
